Digital Designs telephone support deals with issues regarding level 1 support requests. Anything more and the engineer on the call will open a ticket for you on our support desk. He/She will then continue to answer your request through the ticket support. Our telephone support is limited to website and graphic design related issues only (hosting, end user support and other value added features are excluded and thus must be done via ticket).
